I conduct interviews to uncover their needs, desires, and habits.
By creating user personas and empathy maps, I represent their characteristics and needs.
I gather and analyze data through benchmarking, market studies, and competitive analysis.

I define the problem and objective statement, and clearly describe the user’s needs through workshops.

To achieve this, I synthesize the data collected during the empathy stage. I create user stories and scenarios to represent users’ needs and desires. In this stage, design objectives and success criteria are established. 🧭​

Here, creative ideas are generated to address identified problems and opportunities. 💡​

Conducting brainstorming sessions, mind mapping, and “How Might We” exercises, I explore different solutions. During workshops, I make quick and simple sketches to visually represent ideas. An evaluation and selection of the best ideas is then carried out to advance to the next step.

It’s time to explore ideas visually… One of my favorite stages! 😍​

Through wireframes, I prepare more detailed and structured representations of user interfaces, showing the layout and basic functionality of the interface elements.

With flow maps, I illustrate the sequence of actions that users will perform to achieve their objectives.
And as for high-fidelity designs and the design system… well, I rock at this. 😎
